But oh how thankful I am that the good Lord knew and began slowly showing me the way out of the corporate America rat race. It all began with …
My background in the Retail Banking / Customer Service industry
After managing to rack up about 15 years of experience, loving my job, being at the top of my game, having built a large customer clientele, and being highly respected among my peers … Whop, bam, boom! Out of the blue the good Lord gave hubby and I another baby girl after 15 years of no babies!!! Yes, kiddos are gifts, but I was damn near devastated as I’m sure you can imagine, especially at that particular time in hubs and my life. But nonetheless, hubs and I had gotten another chance to “do it all over again”. lol
I had made up my mind that something had to give in this situation in reference to me and my job. Although I was extremely happy with where I was on the corporate ladder, I had fallen in love with my beautiful new baby girl. 
Maternity leave was in no way long enough for me. I literally did not want to return to my job. I honestly tried, but missed my little Angel too much. I couldn’t focus on my job. My mind and heart was on my baby girl. I spent quality time with my heavenly Father about it. He then in His small, still voice spoke to my heart, “Go home”. That was all I heard, and needed to hear. So by faith, I gracefully resigned from corporate America. Friends and peers at work totally understood because they knew what a mess I was missing my baby girl and out of focus at work. Everyone was so happy that I’d be able to take care of my precious baby girl the way I wanted to. You see, I didn’t want to return to working outside the home with this new bundle of joy like I did with my two older daughters when they were babies 15-18 years prior. I knew I had to find a way to work comfortably from home while caring for my baby girl.
The search for credible, scam-free work from home was on!
So I began my search for credible home employment, which was not easy. Being fairly new at searching for work from home while being very careful to avoid scam, it actually took a few years to actually find something credible. I dibbled and dabbled in a few legitimate opportunities here and there, but knew none of them had the “it” factor I was searching for. I was determined to find something to where I could maximize my excellent customer service and data entry skills. So I continued searching for what I knew was a work from home job that was tailored made and suited perfectly for me. During this time of continual searching, hubs and I had another baby LOL. Surprise, surprise … hubs finally got his son! So handsome indeed. In the hospital after I had him, all the nurses couldn’t get over how handsome my son was. He quickly earned the nicky, “Handsome Prince”.
Finally, a great work from home job!
The good Lord had destined my path to cross with one of the top entrepreneurs & super affiliate marketers in the work from home industry: My good friend and mentor Eddy Salomon. I’d been following the media recognized work from home ethics of Eddy for a little while prior to approaching him about working for/with him because I strongly believed in what he was doing to help others and was also confident in what I could bring to his table to assist him. The Approach: One day (several years ago) I decided to simply approach him and ask for work. The timing was perfect! Low and behold I instantly became one of his Virtual Assistant’s and have been experiencing a great professional relationship with my VB (virtual boss) ever since.

- My Virtual Assistant job – Currently consists of routine customer service email correspondence, data entry, Facebook Fanpage Admin , and other misc. tasks. Had I never approached Eddy, I would have missed out on not only my VA job, but the following additional money making programs, etc from home such as …
- My Paid Market Research earnings - By taking action from my virtual boss’s teachings I also earn regular monthly income online from free and legitimate paid market research programs (surveys & polls) like American Consumer Opinion, MySurvey, and more!
- My Regular earnings from Searching The Web – Yes, that’s right! One of my fave programs is Swag Bucks which earns me $$$ from simply using it’s search engine just like many use Google. Swag Bucks is Google and Ask powered so search results are great! Now why in the world would I want to use a search engine that’s does NOT reward me? I wouldn’t!!!! lol
- Regular earnings from reading short emails & watching brief online video ads and more – Yes indeed! Programs like ClixSense, Hits4Pay, InboxDollars and SendEarnings pays me for routine web activities as mentioned, and more!
- My Affiliate Marketing income – By learning some of Eddy’s very basic affiliate marketing techniques I consistently earn nicely from my affiliate marketing efforts (I do have payment proof!). I am well on my way to achieving Super Affiliate status (like Eddy!) because I have the right mind-set and everything I need is at my fingertips!
On my way to earning even more from home
Being that I work and earn nicely from home on a semi part-time basis my options are endless in terms of adding even more legitimate and free money making programs to my genre. Definitely not bad for a busy, wife and momz of 3 beautiful daughters (2 grown and 1 pre-teen aged) and a handsome son (upper grade school aged). I have people crackin’ up at how I refer to each of my children as a “chapter” in the book of Callie. In reference to that book, this author finished writing 9 years ago with absolutely NO desire to write a sequel! I also have 6 adorable grands. 2 sets of twins included! God is good! My work from home future looks bright. I am so thankful for the path that I am on.
My life is truly blessed – Yours is too if you believe and receive it!
All and all, I am so thankful for my life and how it turned out. God has been and will always be good to me and mine. I have cRaZy faith in Him for getting me through any situation, and I’ll always be open to His blessings unto me. He desires to bless all who believe they are uniquely made with purpose, are not afraid to ask, seek, and knock, are genuinely helpful to others, are positive minded, and thankful for ALL things great and small. You must embrace who you are. Hold your head up with a healthy level of self confidence and pursue your dreams with hope and wholeheartedness.
7 key factors to help YOU move closer to achieving your dream(s):
- Believing in yourself. I had to list this as number 1!!
- Applying yourself accordingly
- Staying positive
- Never giving up
- Never being afraid to simply ASK sometimes
- Associating yourself with like-minded people,
- Maintaining a passionate, never ending desire to pursue your dreams … dream BIG. This is a must!
Trust me, you’d be pleasantly surprised at how many wonderful blessings are awaiting you if you begin following the 7 factors above.
Multiple streams of smaller income will lead to bigger income from home
Many of the income from home programs that I involve myself with including ClixSense, Hits4Pay, InboxDollars, SendEarnings, and or YouData pay me a few cents here and there. I am so thankful to God for every penny that comes into my household; especially earnings I generate from my computer from the comfort of my home. In today’s economic times, every penny counts is my mind-set. So if you are one of those who feel you are too good to accept a few pennies here and there, and are too proud to do anything for “measly” pay I suggest you focus only work from home jobs and pray you’ll find one quickly. You see, when you thank God for every penny and show Him how appreciative you are for the little things, He’ll open doors for you and send bigger financial blessings your way! But until then, multiple streams of smaller income is way better than nothing at all. So don’t miss out and spoil your own blessings by being ungrateful for the small things He gives you.

That’s just what I needed to read this evening! Right now I’m working full time but I’m working every evening to build my online income so that I can be more financially secure. When I have children, I want to be able to stay home with them but still contribute financially to my family as well. I have a few sites I’m working on right now.
